5years mechanism & waterproof warranty for hinges.
1st year off-site free service, from 2nd year onwards off-site servicing fee is chargable ( cabinet & hinges )
This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship (factory defects) under normal use.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction resulting from any improper or unreasonable use or maintenance of the product (e.g. rusty caused by chemical wash, improper cleaning, wear & tear issue, etc).
Please note that if cases do not fall under factory defects and/or the free warranty period, if any spare parts and servicing needed it will be chargeable on case by case basis.
