Wishlist / Item Reservation

Your saved shopping bag items will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will be alerted at the cart page that the product is out of stock. To avoid this from happening, hurry – snap them up!

Order Tracking

After placing your order, our end will initiate order processing and reach out to you to arrange for delivery. Should you wish to track your order or inquire about delivery updates, our end is available during working hours to assist you. Feel free to contact us at 8181 4779 for any order and delivery tracking inquiries, and our team will provide you with the necessary information and updates.

Collection

We do not offer in-store collection or pick-up services. Our business operates exclusively online, and all orders are delivered directly to your specified address.

S30.00 for nett purchases below $100.00.
Free delivery for nett purchases above $100.00.

Exchange & Return/Refund

How can I cancel my order?

  • For cancellations, kindly reach out with us at 8181 4779 (Mon to Fri, 9.00AM to 6.00PM / Sat, 9.00AM to 1.00PM).
  • Kindly note that there will be a cancellation fee of 10% (of the item value).
  • Delivery charge of $30 will be incurred if you require us to collect the item from your place.

My Order is defective, damaged or incorrect, what’s can I do?

  • If you discover any defects or inaccuracies with the item(s) upon delivery, we offer the option to reject the item(s) and we will gladly assist in arranging an exchange for you.

Do I have to made the shipping fee if I return/exchange my purchase?

  • We offer only one-time free return/exchange ( allowed per order ). This must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Kindly note that returns/exchange will not be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or if the item has been installed. We kindly request that you keep the packaging intact and refrain from installing the product until you are certain of your satisfaction.
  • For any subsequent return/exchange requests for the same order, a $30 processing fee will apply. This fee helps cover the cost of handling, restocking, and administrative procedures.
  • Dmora Online Store reserve the rights to reject any subsequent return/exchange requests for the same order or product.

I would like to cancel my order. Will I be refunded?

  • For refunds resulting from purchasing errors, such as selecting the wrong model, selecting a model that cannot fit, or due to a change of mind, a 10% fee will be deducted from the total invoice amount. This fee covers our administrative and restocking costs incurred in processing the refund.
  • You may reach out with us at 81814779 (Mon to Fri, 9.00AM to 6.00PM / Sat, 9.00AM to 1.00PM) to request for an order cancellation and refund.
  • There will be a $30 delivery charge if you require us to pick up the item from your address.

When will I receive my refund?

  • We strive to process refunds promptly, typically within 7-10 working days from our end. However, kindly note that the actual processing time may vary depending on the policies and procedures of your payment platform, bank or card issuer. Factors such as bank processing times and interbank transfers can contribute to any potential delays in the refund reaching your account.
  • The refund should be reflected within 30 days from day of request. You will not need to enquire on the refund status. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we will do our best to expedite the refund process.
