Wishlist / Item Reservation

Your saved shopping bag items will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and someone else may purchase the item even if it is in your cart.

If that happens, you will be alerted at the cart page that the product is out of stock. To avoid this from happening, hurry – snap them up!

Orders

Out of Stock Items

Your order has been confirmed but you received an Out of Stock email or SMS notification? We are sorry to inform you that this can indeed happen.

 

Confirmed Orders

We perform stringent quality checks and if your item is the last piece available that failed our checks, we will cancel and refund the item even if your order was confirmed. You will then receive the SMS and email notification upon cancellation.

 

Exchange Orders

When you submit your exchange request online, be sure that your original return item is returned within 3 days from the date exchange order is confirmed. In cases where exchanges go out of stock, we will proceed to refund you back to your original payment method (except for Cash on Delivery). You will receive an email notification from us once the refund is processed.

Delivery schedule (Subject to availability):
Monday to Saturday: 10am – 5pm
Sunday, public holiday: no delivery available
*Our delivery provider will give you a call before delivery .

 

Shipping Fees

Delivery charge (Per mailing/shipping address):
S30.00 for nett purchases below $100.00.
Free delivery for nett purchases above $100.00.

Exchange & Refund/Return

Received your item but realise that the size doesn’t fit, or changed your mind about the color? Don’t worry we got you covered!

 

Return / Replacment Policy

You will need to inform us of any damages/ defects within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in order to receive the replacement. You will need to send the pictures of the defective or damaged product and your claim will be processed accordingly.

Incorrect: The item is not the item that you ordered. Size, or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

Damaged: The item is found already damaged at time of delivery.

Defective: The product does not function as it is.

 The returned product should be in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received the product.

It is advised that the return packaging should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit. Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return.

Only one-time Return & Replacement is allowed per order. Dmora Online Store reserve the rights to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.

All return and replacement requests are subjected to Dmora’s Management approval. Dmora Online Store reserve the rights to reject any return requests according to returned products’ or unforeseen conditions.

 

We will not cover any damages to the product due to misuse or anything that can be considered as unintended use of the Product.
